Identity verification may be required
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, the GainFuelAI
administration team may ask you to verify that you own the
account before approving the request.
What will be deleted?
Once the request is verified and approved, deletion generally includes:
- Account and profile information
- Health settings, goals, and measurements
- Meal, calorie, and nutrition history
- Weight, hydration, and workout logs
- Program progress and saved favorites
- Notification records
- Support-chat messages and attachments
- Reviews and user-owned content where applicable
- User-uploaded images, videos, and files where applicable
Limited retention exceptions
Certain transaction, refund, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or legally required records may be retained only for the period and purpose requiring their retention.
